• Mechatronic systems

• Industrial robots

Industrial robots support the process flow and increase quality and productivity in different production areas. In the interaction of automation, mechatronics, software, control and mechanics, we offer planning, design and programming as well as teaching of industrial robots for a wide range of industries.

Our services also include the modification or conversion of existing robot systems and the improvement of robot gripper technology. We design and develop robot grippers of any kind and take care of the assembly and installation of the gripper technology. • Artificial intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the basis for technologies of the future, enabling machines and smart robots to have human-like and cognitive capabilities. Interaction between humans and computer systems will be improved through approaches such as Cognitive Computing, Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing. In particular, neural networks are used in industry with the aim of increasing productivity.

Appropriate algorithms are used to develop solutions and store them in the systems. The ability to learn is supported by AI in that the systems are able to process knowledge and, like humans, learn through experience. This is because the goal of AI is not only to simulate human thought and action but also to complement it. The data needed for "learning" is very complex and continuously multiplying, so that certain patterns have to be structured for retrieval. • CE certification

The CE certification distinguishes products on all European markets and documents the safety and health requirements. Companies exporting their goods to Europe are obliged to use this marking. As a manufacturer, you can authorize a company based in the EU to act on your behalf. We support you in this respect from the design phase through to commissioning and, on request, carry out the corresponding design and documentation. We also undertake an assessment for machines that are assembled into a complete system, i.e. the individual machines and the documentation supplied must be checked for safety and declarations of incorporation, and a higher-level risk and operating manual and the declaration of conformity must be drawn up.

• Documentation

Technical documentation, assembly instructions, manuals, operating instructions, reports, product catalogs, data sheets and brochures are important documents for the safe handling of a product. We write, revise and optimize these for you according to the target group and objectives, so that you can convey all important information to the relevant group of people in a concise yet precise manner. In addition to the textual composition, technical easy-to-understand illustrations or animations, which we create for you on request, require special attention and correct strategies. Because technical communication is the language in pictures, figures, tables, drawings, parts lists and measurement data, without which no uniform worldwide understanding is possible. Already before the beginning of the CAD design, data and key figures take preconditional positions and are requirements from the customer. Throughout the entire design process, data is evaluated, analyzed, and displayed and simulated in real time in a results-oriented manner using the latest technology. These data are used for internal or external research and overall technical progress. They serve however predominantly as safety proof for your product, to which you can fall back at any time (or must "market supervision authority"). No product in the EU, may leave the manufacturer's house without the necessary papers. Your product always needs a "technical passport" and may not be placed on the market without technical documentation.
